Process serving

Process serving is the formal procedure of delivering legal documents, such as court summons, subpoenas, writs, or other legal notifications, to a party involved in a legal proceeding. The goal is to ensure that individuals or entities are properly informed of their legal obligations and court proceedings, which allows the judicial process to move forward fairly. The process must be conducted legally to be binding and follow the appropriate protocols to ensure validity.

Vanguard Intelligence will always:

  1. Use a court Bailiff or an appropriately trained and qualified person to serve.
  2. Properly Identify the documents before serving.
  3. Ensure that the documents being served are accurate and correctly identify the recipient.
  4. Serve personally to the individual named.
  5. Verify the identity of the person or entity being served.
  6. If serving a business or organisation they will ensure the appropriate qualified officer is being served.
  7. Complete an Affidavit of service and file accordingly.
